Due to a decline in suitable habitat and food, the familiar sight of a hedgehog is becoming rarer and rarer. To learn more follow the link to the British hedgehog preservation society.
With this in mind I decided to make a fun Hedgehog themed set of silver jewellery, with 10% of the proceeds being donated to the British Hedgehog Preservation society. The donations go towards creating a public awareness of how to care for hedgehogs that are found sick or injured and also to fund research into their behavioral habits.
Jewellery Finish
The Hedgehog pendant comprises of a handcrafted hedgehog shape with an integral loop on the reverse, to allow the pendant to slide freely on a chain.
This necklace is available in a variety of lengths and styles, should you prefer a different length please get in contact via email to ask about a bespoke length that is right for you.
The Hedgehog pendant is hand crafted from 1 mm sterling silver sheet. To finish the character of the piece, a variety of hand engraved textures depict the facial features, soft fur and prickly back. The pendant has an overall chunky and luxurious feel.

Packaging
Each piece is carefully packaged in a gift box made from 100% recycled materials with a covering sourced from sustainable forests, to ensure a more environmentally friendly product.
To complete the piece, the box will be finished with a special Park Road Jewellery wax seal, for your personal satisfaction to open.
Postage

Each piece is sent via the most secure method, ‘Tracked and signed.’ This method allows you to track the parcels progress and will need a signature upon delivery. If you cannot be present for the parcels delivery, it will be stored at your local mail depot until a convenient time for you to collect.
UK orders, once dispatched should be expected within 3 working days, unless it is a personalised or bespoke piece which can take slightly longer.
