For orders regarding a ring, please note your ring size in the ‘Order notes’ box at the checkout.
You will receive an email confirming this size is correct after ordering.
All items will be sent via a Royal Mail service. A secure method that will need a signature upon delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, an individual tracking number will be emailed to you, which you can use via the Royal Mail website.
UK – 1st class tracked and signed, Delivery can take 1-3 working days.
Europe – International tracked and signed, Delivery can take 3- 7 working days
America & Canada – International tracked and signed, Delivery can take 5 – 10 working days

Please note that parcels sent to PO boxes will not have the benefit of the signed for service.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Park Road Jewellery can not be responsible for delays due to customs.
All Pieces sold in the UK comply by the Birmingham Assay Office regulations. Items that reach the particular weight parameters are completed by a full UK Hallmark stamped by the Birmingham Assay Office to confirm the precious metal fineness, for your own guarantee of quality. Any items that fall below the weight regulations will instead carry a simple stamp to display the metal composition.

Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if you change your mind.
If any item is faulty or damaged, returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original purchase date which complies with the ‘Distance selling’ regulations. Items need to be returned will all original packaging in the same condition as they were sold in. A full refund will be issued upon receiving the item back.

All items will be securely packaged in a luxury branded gift box and bag. All packaging and promotional materials are made from recycled materials or sourced from sustainable forests.

Sterling Silver products should avoid contact with strong chemicals such as:
- Chlorine
- Perfume
- Hairspray
- etc…
This can tarnish the metal. Professional jewellery polishing cloths will remove the tarnish and return it to its original finish. For general wear, a soft cloth can be used to clean and polish.
Remove items prior to sleeping, showering or swimming to stop any unnecessary damage or loss. When not worn, keep flat in original packaging.
