At Park Road Jewellery we endeavour  to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please take a moment to review our return policy below.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted on jewellery that is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 12 days of the original purchase date. All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returned items. Return shipping fee is not covered.

Exclusions

Bespoke, customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact directly at info@parkroadjewellery.com to request a return authorisation. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds do not include cost of return shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Days may vary depending on your bank’s methods.

Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if you change your mind. To request a cancellation, please email info@parkroadjewellery.com. Once an item has shipped it will adhere to our returns/exchanges policies. Refunds from cancellations depend on an individual’s banking policies (3-14 business days).
