Also a huge thank you to my longtime readers. Your support is so appreciated and valued, you keep my one woman business busy!

What is happening this month?

Well along with everyone one else, not too much! The workshop is being kept busy by some bespoke commissions and orders, which is great! This quieter time is also giving me the opportunity to work on my website some more and create some new designs.
I do hope you are all keeping safe and well and not going too stir crazy.
Here are some ordinary and bizarre calendar events that are happening this month that you could maybe enjoy celebrating!

June 4th – Hug your cat day!
June 4th – Cheese day – ( in our household this happens everyday!)
June 8th – World Ocean Day
June 21st – Fathers Day

From the Workshop

Unfortunately as everyone else is experiencing, All the summer events have been cancelled. This is so devastating for all the of the venues and sole traders. Plus, its just such a shame not be getting out and about with Park Road and seeing you all in person!

Two events which would have been happening over the next few months would have been; a collaborative Worlds Ocean Day weekend, and Waddesdon Manor Summer Fest.

World Ocean Day weekend is an exhibition where i was invited to show my jewellery alongside two incredibly talented artists;
Joe Little and Robin Souter.
They both create stunning seascape works of art, and are passionate about ocean clean up and the education of future generations.

When I exhibited with them last year I was so moved, it was the influence that started me supporting the Mission Blue charity lead by Dr Sylvia Earle.

With every purchase from the ‘Love the Ocean’ Collection, 15% is donated to Mission Blue. By purchasing the jewellery you are not only supporting a small business but also a worldwide ocean charity, so a big thank you to you all!

It is such a shame to be missing these events, but it makes me look forward to them even more next year!

‘Mission Blue inspires action to explore and protect the ocean. Led by legendary oceanographer Dr. Sylvia Earle, Mission Blue is uniting a global coalition to inspire an upwelling of public awareness, access and support for a worldwide network of marine protected areas – Hope Spots.’
