What is Park Road Jewellery made from?
All Park Road Jewellery pieces comply with the UK Assay Office regulations. Items that reach the particular weight parameters are completed by a full UK Hallmark stamped by the Birmingham Assay Office to confirm the precious metal fineness.
This is for your own guarantee of quality. Any items that fall below the weight regulations will instead carry a simple stamp to display the metal composition.
Jewellery in our available to buy section will be Sterling Silver of 925 fineness quality or 9ct gold of 375 fineness quality.

Where are the Gemstones sourced?
As a one woman business, I can control all aspects of Park Road Jewellery.
All of the gemstones and diamonds are sustainably sourced from reputable suppliers. I can also provide Certified Diamonds
Is Park Road Jewellery handmade?
Yes!
All the items in the collections start as an idea in my mind, that gets quickly sketched onto any scrap of paper I have close by.
These sketches are then translated in trials, mock up and experiments in metal until the final piece is exactly how I have imagined.
All designs are then worn and tested to ensure they sit and work well on the body before being officially launched in the shop.
Do you offer ring resizing?
I offer re sizing on all rings that have a full UK hallmark. I can also replate jewellery.
A chain I purchased from you has broken, what do I do next?
Please get in touch via email with a clear photograph of the chain, and where it has broken. If you have an order number or approximate date of purchase this will help.
Can I try on a piece of Jewellery before purchasing?
Of course, I would be more then happy to facilitate this!

How do I make an appointment?
The workshop is in a very informal setting alongside my home address. This means my availability is very flexible. If you would prefer a daytime or evening appointment, please just email me to arrange a time to suit you.
